Policies, Cancellations & Rental Agreement

Safety: Your child's safety is our greatest concern. Big Sky Baby Gear has purchased all new, top of the line equipment. We will perform safety inspections and thoroughly clean all equipment prior to each use. Big Sky Baby Gear will continually monitor the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at cpsc.gov to ensure that our items are not subject to recall. Big Sky Baby Gear will provide manufacturer's instructions for the assembly of each piece of rented equipment that needs to be assembled. It is the client's responsibility to assemble the rented equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions.

 

Cancellations: Big Sky Baby Gear understands that sometimes plans change and we will try to accommodate those changes. You can cancel or change your order anytime 5 days prior to your delivery date and receive a full refund. No refunds for order cancelled less than 5 days from the scheduled delivery date.
